About Unique EV

Unique EV manufactures electric (EV) and fuel cell electric (FCEV) commercial vehicle propulsion systems for commercial fleets, upfitters and select OEMs. Our managing team has innovation expertise in this rapidly growing space. Not only has the team successfully developed innovative auxiliary power unit systems for hybrid electric vehicles (such as fuel cells), but they have authored over 20 patents in the fields of battery energy and thermal management, energy storage enclosures, advanced propulsion systems and HEV control. With deep experience in industrial engineering, EV/HEV/FCEV system integration, charging infrastructure and advanced manufacturing, the team is accelerating the electrification of commercial vehicles. uniqueEV leverages its expertise, patented control algorithms, vehicle controllers, battery-management systems and OEM partnerships to enable the integration of reliable, efficient and cost-effective EV and HEV propulsion systems for trucks, delivery vans and buses.

Our products and services

Unique EV offers two conversions products: a Class 4-7 all-electric drive system available as full EV and a range-extended HEV fuel-cell version. The uniqueEV^® FCEV platform was first deployed at scale with UPS fleets in New York and California.

Unique EV continues to innovate EV and Hybrid EV solutions. EV/HEV Commercial Vehicle Conversion

Our all-electric vehicle “upfit,” uniqueEV^®, is designed for the Class 4-7 chassis used in walk-in vans, delivery trucks, shuttle buses, refrigerated trucks and other service vehicles. UniqueEV™ can be provided as a kit or as a complete chassis for use on existing vehicles or new builds and can be configured for ranges of 40 to 125 miles within a duty cycle.
